What does Hospice mean?
Hospice care includes an extensive collection of support services for patients and families. We work with you and your physician to develop a comprehensive care plan to actively manage symptoms and promote comfort. Instead of a focus on curative treatment, hospice is care focused on care, comfort, and quality of life. Hospice is designed for those patients that choose not to continue to undergo certain treatments. We provide care wherever you call home, be it a house, apartment, nursing facility, assisted living facility, or hospital. We’re available 24/7 to be there when needed. #educational #hospice
